We are delighted to announce that we have reopened our FREE* click & collect service. Order online and select the free click & collect delivery option. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection. You will be advised of any delay due to out of stock items.
An postal code and daytime contact number for the recipient is essential (preferably a mobile number).

Parcel Delay To UK
You can track your parcel in the UK with https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
If the driver has called to deliver your parcel, but was unable to get anyone at the address to sign for it. They will have left a card detailing what they have done with it and the next steps you need to take.
This is likely to be either taking it to a local Post Office to be held securely for you to pick up (the card will give the details of the Post Office and our website tracking will be updated when our driver has handed over your parcel and it is available for you to pick up), or taking it back to our depot.
The card will explain if a further delivery will automatically take place or whether you need to contact us to make arrangements for receiving your parcel. The most convenient way of doing this is to visit our Receiving a parcel page on our website.
If there is a specific reason why our driver has not been able to deliver your parcel, this will be displayed in the website tracking results. If you think you can help with additional details then please contact Parcel Force on 03448 00 44 66 stating the parcel number.
Because the UK is not an EU Country, sometimes the goods may be subject to Duty or other Taxes and charges on importation to the UK. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local Post office for further information.
Returns Policy
At Tierneys Gifts we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.
We will offer you a replacement or full refund for the price paid for the item. We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and details of the defect and a member of our service team will contact you directly.
When returning an item please wrap it securely, using the manufacturer's original packaging, and remember to enclose a copy of the delivery note.
None of these terms affect your statutory rights and these are not diminished in any way. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

A delivery charge will apply to some furniture & lighting products which come directly from the furniture warehouse.
Furniture Returns Policy
Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of furniture items and need for special freight packing requirements, items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, this does not affect your statutory rights.
This policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or the incorrect product has been sent. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you and details of the defect and a member of our service team will contact you directly. Please retain all original packing.

Some items are available on special order only but our are identified clearly on our website. Please allow 14-21 Days for delivery!
Customs Charges
When ordering goods from our site for delivery outside the EU, merchandise may be subject to Duty or other Taxes and charges on importation to your own country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from our site, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
