I live in Australia and ordered a pendant with the initial M to be delivered to my sister in Ireland for her birthday. unfortunately a pendant with the letter T was delivered in error. My sister returned to the Blanchardstown store and she said the staff were apologetic and she swapped the pendant however it was disappointing the wrong product was delivered.
