Belleek Porcelain Plate - Issued by Erne Gaels GAA Club- Limited Edition 1976.

A commemorative porcelain plate designed by Oisín Kelly and manufactured by Belleek Pottery in 1976. The plate was commissioned by Erne Gaels GAA club as a fundraising venture to help finance the development of their playing facilities in Belleek, Co Fermanagh. It measure 9 ins diameter. It has Gaelic writing, on the outside edge with the motto Na Fianna, Na Fianna, (who were a group of mythological warriors believed to have roamed Ireland in the role af protectors in the dawn of Irish civilisation).

The eight  heads/profiles embossed featuring Michael Cusack, Maurice Davin, Dr. Croke, Padraig O'Caoimh, Sam Maguire, Christy Ring, Michael O'Hehir, John Joe O'Reilly, on the inside circle, with a Celtic cross in the center. On the marking on the back it reads" Issued By Erne Gaels GAA Club Belleek-1976-Limited Edition"
